Description

In the near future, where justice has been fully liberalized, Blondie Maxwell is a private detective making a living on small investigations.
Stephane, a journalist, is investigating a secret phone application hosted by Chronos Industry, the leading tech company. It allows it’s users to hire hitmen to perform crimes. Meanwhile, Blondie is searching for the killer of a young woman found stabbed in a hostel room. All clues lead to Stephane, but Blondie doesn’t buy it. It looks like a setup. The judge in charge of the file forces her to convict Stephane. If she doesn’t, she will lose her job… she has no choice.
She then goes after Boloch, the most wanted man alive. He is a cyber-terrorist responsible for several attacks on the servers of the Chronos Industry. After a wild hunt, she finally finds him. He explains that Chronos is not a company run by men, but an Artificial Intelligence, a machine, an algorithm, and that he created it before it went out of control and too powerful. Chronos took control of all human establishments and is now in the full power.
Chronos sends its killers after Blondie. She loses the lover of her life but manages to survive. She then reveals everything she knows about Chronos to the public. Her vibrant testimony goes viral, and, with the help of Boloch, she escapes. Because: Blondie Maxwell never loses.
„Léonie Langlart plays a stunning role, being the voice of justice you can hardly hear in front of a noisy crowd. She may easily be one of the best choices for a female James Bond, as she is outstanding at being the impeccable protagonist. ‘Blondie Maxwell Never Loses’ is one of the most engaging thrillers we’ve seen over the past couple of years. It brought back the pleasure of watching a movie being one hundred percent emotionally involved in the story, leaving us breathless, and almost wanting to applaud when the credits started rolling.“ – The Monthly Film Festival
„An independant movie, small budget, big fun. A story about the control of our society by ‘AI’ a lot inspiring by Facebook or Google. The idea and the message of the movie are clear and the result jubilant.“ – IMDb
